Our food pantry (Beis Tavshil) proudly serves the greater Baltimore community with One Mission: Ensuring no one goes without a meal. We are dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need by providing access to food 24/7 throughout the community

We welcome donations from caterers, restaurants, grocery stores, and food suppliers at our easy convenient drop-off location

1. What should I do when donating food to the pantry?

Please text HaRav Shmuel Friedman at (301) 741-6065 before dropping off food so arrangements can be made to properly store and organize the donations

3. Where is the food pantry located?

We are located on 2901 Taney Road, Baltimore, MD 21209. Please use the side entrance on Baywood Ave

2. Are there set hours to visit the pantry?

The pantry is open 24/7 for your convenience. To help maintain a quiet and respectful davening, the pantry will be closed during davening times. Please see the schedule above.

4. Are tables and seating available at the food pantry?

Yes. We have a fully equipped room with tables, chairs, and utensils. On most evenings, food is served warm. We also have both meat and dairy microwaves available on-site. To help maintain a quiet and respectful davening, the pantry will be closed during davening times. Please see the schedule above.

5. Is food pickup available if I’m unable to drop off donations?

In certain cases, if there is a large quantity of food, you may text HaRav Shmuel Friedman at (301) 741-6065 to check if pickup arrangements are available
